MARCH 21.
An investigative team of the National Commission for Women (NCW), led by its chairperson, Poornima Advani, left for Wayanad in Kerala to probe the firing incident on tribals in Muthanga on February 19. The three-member team will investigate only the issues relating to women and children, particularly the problems faced by them following the incident.
