Andhra Pradesh-Hyderabad
Thoutu Sadaiah alias Ramakanth alias Sadanandam, who surrendered before the DGP P. Ramulu, gave a graphic account of the planning that went into the triggering of the landmine of the RTC bus at Eturunagaram in November last year that killed several innocent civilians. The assembled presspersons and police personnel could only watch in disbelief as he talked about the blast and operations in which he took part as a militant. And, he surrendered as he was `disillusioned'.
