Thoutu Sadaiah alias Ramakanth alias Sadanandam, who surrendered before the DGP P. Ramulu, gave a graphic account of the planning that went into the triggering of the landmine of the RTC bus at Eturunagaram in November last year that killed several innocent civilians.
