Unheard of harassment: Pak.

By B. Muralidhar Reddy

ISLAMABAD Feb. 18. Hours after the issuance of visas to the new chiefs of diplomatic missions in New Delhi and Islamabad, Pakistan tonight accused Indian intelligence agencies of subjecting the military wing in its mission in Delhi to "oppressive surveillance".

The development does not augur well for the already-strained ties between the two sides. In the recent row of expulsions, the military wing has been spared on both sides. The military wing consists of Military Attach, Naval and Air Advisers.

The state-run Pakistan Television in its eight O' clock bulletin alleged that the Indian intelligence officials did not spare even the families of the military wing.

"It has become impossible for the families including children even to go for shopping. The so-called custodian of the largest democracy in the world is resorting to unheard of methods of harassment''.
