Sun Pharma to buyback shares

MUMBAI: Sun Pharmaceuticals will buy back up to 25 per cent of its paid-up capital at a maximum price of Rs. 750 per share of Rs. 10 each for an amount not exceeding Rs. 120 crores to enhance shareholder value. Subsequent to splitting of shares of Rs. 10 each into two equity shares of Rs. 5 each (being the face value), the company would buyback at maximum price of Rs. 375 per share. The shares would be bought between January 7 and December 19.
