Malladi places equity with IL&FS group

CHENNAI: Malladi Drugs and Pharmaceuticals has announced the closing of its private placement of equity shares with IL&FS Investment Managers, the private equity arm of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS). The investment amounting to Rs. 10 crores would be used to part finance the expansion and upgradation of the company's existing facilities and R&D.
