dated January 4, 1953: One Horse, Two Legs

Both legs of the Totalisator Double at the Kuros races in Wellington, New Zealand, were won by the same horse, Cloudy View. Since he was heavily fancied, the Double paid only Five Pounds and Five Shillings on a One Pound stake.
