The Commission, comprising Justice K. G. Shah (Retd.) and G. T. Nanavati, along with technical staff of the railway and district administration, inspected the affected S-6 and S-5 coaches from inside and outside to ascertain the ``burning pattern''. They questioned the railway and district authorities about the position of the train at the time of the incident, on which side of the platform it had halted, the positions of the seats and other related matters. The Commission had visited the site on September 1. PTI
