Kalam expresses shock

New Delhi Dec. 22. The President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam , today expressed shock over the loss of lives in the Hyderabad-Bangalore express accident in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.

The President offered condolences to the bereaved families and wished the injured a speedy recovery. ``Their grief is shared by the people throughout the country,'' an official release said quoting him.
