The division bench of State high court, in its October 7 judgment, said women who married outsiders were entitled to retain their right to property and employment in the State. A JKDFP spokesman said his party had sought the opinion of legal experts on the issue and it would make all efforts to restore the historical status of the State. The party was also planning a mass awareness programme on the impact of the judgment and evolve a future course of action on this issue. ``We have dispatched the copies of the judgment to intellectuals, journalists, separatist leaders and other prominent citizens to know their opinion,'' he added. The implementation of such laws was aimed at clearing the way for destruction of the majority status of Muslims in the State. Such measures were a ``deep conspiracy'' aimed at allowing people from outside the State to buy property here and deprive the local people of their basic rights, he charged. PTI
