HC stays action against petrol dealers

JODHPUR AUG. 9. The Rajasthan High Court today stayed any coercive action by oil companies against the petrol pump, LPG and kerosene dealers in the State who had approached the court apprehending cancellation of allotments.

Justice Jagat Singh, after hearing the counsels for the oil companies, which had filed caveats in the court, and the petitioners, called for a reply from the oil companies in two weeks' time.— UNI
