Ivanov to visit Pak.

MOSCOW AUG. 9. Russia's Foreign Minister, Igor Ivanov, could pay a visit to Pakistan before the end of the year, a senior Russian diplomat said here. The Deputy Foreign Minister, Alexander Losyukov, was quoted on Friday as saying that Mr. Ivanov's visit was "on the agenda.''

However, the diplomat was cautious about plans for the Pakistani leader, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, to visit Moscow this year. ``The timeframe of such a visit has not yet been discussed,'' Mr. Losyukov said.
