Bihar strike: 50 injured

PATNA AUG. 1. At least 50 persons were injured in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district today when the State bus they were travelling in hit an electric pole after it was targeted by agitators protesting against the hike in road tax, police said.

Transporters in the State went on an indefinite strike from Wednesday night protesting the hefty hike in road tax. — PTI
