Wipro raises stake in Spectramind

BANGALORE AUG. 1. Wipro has increased its stake in Spectramind e-Services Private Limited to 90 per cent of all outstanding equity shares from 24 per cent, according to a company release. With this acquisition, Wipro Technologies and Spectramind, will offer integrated BPO services to customers worldwide, the release said.
