14 convicted

New Delhi July 16. A Delhi court today convicted 14 persons in the 17-year-old sensational Coomar Narain spy case, holding them guilty of passing on important military and other State secrets to foreign agents.

Special Judge, R.K. Gauba, who delivered the judgment in a court at Tis Hazari here, however, acquitted two other accused — Ashok Kumar and B.K. Aggarwal (both exporters) — as the prosecution failed to prove the case against them.
