Satellite town for Pondy

Pondicherry July 16. The new chairman of the Pondicherry Housing Board, R. Nalamaharajan, MLA, said here today that a satellite town would be created in Villianoor block to ease the congestion in the town. In a statement, Mr. Nalamaharajan, said a similar town would come into being in Karaikal also.

A housing finance corporation would be started to provide loans to individuals to build houses.
