SIDBI exercises call option for bonds

MUMBAI: Small Industries Development Bank of India is exercising the call option of deep discount bond series I 1992. Individual notice and redemption application forms have been sent to all the bondholders in July. The bank has informed the bondholders to submit the duly discharged original bond certificates along with the completed redemption application form to SIDBI or Investor Services of India, IDBI Building, Sector 11, Plots No. 39, 40 & 41, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400 614, according to a release.
