By Our Staff Reporter
CHENNAI, DEC. 13. A retired police officer lost a cash bag
containing Rs. 80,000 from the side-box of his two-wheeler on
Nungambakkam High Road this morning.
According to police, the officer presently working with a private
security agency was proceeding on his two-wheeler from Valluvar
Kottam when he found the bag missing.
The culprits had apparently managed to open the locked side-box
and lifted the bag.
In another incident, a car was reported stolen from a house in
K.K. Nagar. A house break-in was also reported from K.K. Nagar on
Tuesday. The exact value of the property lost was not immediately
